The longer the breastfeeding, the risk of cardiovascular disease lower

Many benefits of breastfeeding for infants of mothers is also beneficial. University of Pittsburgh researchers in the latest research results show that maternal breast-feeding a baby with the longer, their risk of heart disease, stroke and cardiovascular disease, lower risk. The study was conducted by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center assistant professor of Eleanor Schwartz, who completed research results will be published in the United States, "Obstetrics and Gynecology" 5 monthly magazines.

U.S. National Institutes of Health in 1994 had launched a 15-year research project on women's chronic diseases, the University of Pittsburgh researchers nearly 140,000 postmenopausal women with an analysis of the data. They found that more than one month for breast-feeding women with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol has never been lower than the situation of women breastfeeding, and breastfeeding for more than one year of breastfeeding women than women never suffer from heart disease, stroke 10% lower risk.

Schwartz said that because of these postmenopausal women with breast-feeding time for the last 35 years on average prior to the study of long-term significance.

i have always been in favor of breast feeding for infants, it just becomes scary when they get teeth! :O lol
