Chicken soup to drink can help lower blood pressure

Japan, a new study shows that drinking chicken soup can help lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Because chicken collagen contained a similar blood pressure lowering drugs ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) inhibitors.

The researchers extracted collagen from chicken protein experiment, testing whether it is the same as with the effectiveness of ACE inhibitors. It was found that there are four kinds of chicken collagen has a similar role. Previous studies have found that chicken breast contains collagen proteins in the number of blood pressure not enough to make food and drugs, but the chicken and chicken feet contained in the number of much more collagen.
